No confidential information, including nonpublic personal information, whatever the source, regarding any client, may be disclosed except as follows:
- To other employees in connection with ABGIS’s business.
- To an affiliate, but the affiliate may disclose the information only to the same extent as ABGIS is permitted to do so and no information may be disclosed if the customer has directed that the information not be disclosed.
- To service and maintain customer accounts including effecting transactions in the accounts.
The firm makes every effort to protect the privacy of its clients’ confidential information.
Finally, to further safeguard client information digitally, we maintain password protected systems, updated anti-virus and anti-spyware software, and encrypted hardware and software firewalls.
