As a retirement specialist, Deb Steinhauer works with advisors, brokers, wholesalers, and plan sponsors to proactively deliver retirement plan service that exceeds expectations. She is a constant resource for clients, providing expertise in regulations, compliance and plan administration, financial markets, investment trading platforms, and developing and reviewing annual plans to ensure goals and objectives are met.
Deb joined Alerus in January 2016 and has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. She has specialized in retirement and benefits services for her entire career. She holds a bachelor’s degree in health education, physical education, and coaching from Minnesota Southwest State University in Marshall, Minnesota.
