Paula Ellermann
Health and Welfare Sales Consultant
As a health and welfare sales consultant, Paula Ellermann works directly with health insurance brokers, consultants, and employers to develop benefits programs that serve their unique needs. She has expertise in flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, commuter benefits, health reimbursement arrangement services, lifestyle spending accounts, COBRA, and retiree billing services, and serves as a constant resource for brokers and their clients.
Paula joined Alerus in December 2020 through the acquisition of 24HourFlex/Retirement Planning Services, Inc. She previously served for 11 years at 24HourFlex in various roles related to benefits services. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Colorado State University and is a member of the Mile Society of Human Resource Management. She lives in Littleton, Colorado, with her husband Gary. They have two grown children and one grand dog – a bernedoodle named Humphries. Paula is active in her church community and enjoys gardening in her free time.
