As a retirement services supervisor, Penny Carlson leads a team of retirement specialists and works closely with advisors, third-party administrators, and plan sponsors to proactively deliver retirement plan service that exceeds expectations. She serves as an expert resource and primary contact for advisors seeking information regarding fee and fund changes. She also assists third-party administrators to ensure plans are in compliance with the plan document and current regulations.
Penny joined Alerus in August 2016 and has more than 25 years of experience in the retirement services industry. She lives in Moorhead, Minnesota, with her husband. In her free time, Penny enjoys spending time with their dogs, traveling, playing golf, and riding motorcycle.
